Under qualified staff, negligence, sub par service I bought my car from this showroom and have never done maintenance anywhere else but here. I am that kind of person who goes far enough lengths to avo I bought my car from this showroom and have never done maintenance anywhere else but here. I am that kind of person who goes far enough lengths to avoid a problem that might cause any issue in future with car maintenance, which means I try to do all the preventative services I can. I have brought to their attention several times the issue I have noticed in my car for about 1.5 years now. They failed to notice until the issue has got worse. Now they are saying I have to do a big maintenance and is very expensive for the price of my car. This has happened only because of their negligence and failed to do proper multipoint inspection every single time at least for an 2 years now. I like Honda vehicles but this service center is spoiling the brand name for sure. I don’t think I will ever want to come back to this showroom ever and now I feel that I will go anywhere else but this showroom. I was about to buy another car for my wife from this showroom but not anymore. Suggestion for future customers is to never trust this service center with your car in their hands. I hate to write a bad review but these guys have earned it. More
