Alignment appointment for my Honda Had to wait too long when dropping off my car and when picking it up. Received an email coupon for $79.95 for an alignment. I showed the technician my email coupon when I got there, and she said they would take it off at the end. When I picked up my car, they had rung it up as $140. Kind of strange since it said on the email the regular Price was $89.95. Then another 12% charge added on for taxes and incidentals. The tech told me it was for “gloves and paper and stuff.” Ridiculous! Just add that into the cost of your service, don’t add it on above and beyond the price you told me! More
