Replace car remote Once they figured out the problem they did a pretty good job fixing the problem. They replaced the remote and programmed it. My issue however was that when I got home the warning if low battery in the remote came which required another trip to the dealership to get a new battery. All work was fine under warranty but making the second trip was a problem. More

Poor service We dropped our car off at 1130 with a pickup time at 230. At 430 still not ready and had to wait another thirty mins. Initial estimate at $360.00. Tot We dropped our car off at 1130 with a pickup time at 230. At 430 still not ready and had to wait another thirty mins. Initial estimate at $360.00. Total was $750.00 with no call for an updated price by our advisor, Aubrey. Upon arrival our advisor was chewing gum and wearing a nose ring. When asked no answer why we werent call re price change. Our invoice was was tossed to us across the counter and Aubrey appeared she wanted to go home and not answer questions. Our safety point inspection was not ready but when given we were told that the battery was a little low but okay. The next night my wife required a jumpstart due to a dead battery. $750 and she needed a jumpstart the next night. Stockton #12 Honda lost a customer and is not recommended for their service dept. Aubrey's poor professionalism reflects poorly on this dealership. More
