Lied to and ignored We went in looking for a slightly used Honda Odyssey. Alex was our sales rep and we found exactly what we were looking for. The problem was it was a little more banged up then we wanted. We looked at the car and noticed several scratches along the outside. We asked if those could be taken out and he said "yeah, we will work that into the deal". That was important to us. We didn't want to buy a new car with huge scratches along the outside. We felt good that he said they could get it out. We loved the car. They also had a brand new one that we really liked to but Alex kept pushing us to the used one. It was a little cheaper, so that's fine as long as they came through with cleaning it up and fixing the doors. When negotiating the deal I brought up several times that the scratches would be taken out and he said "absolutely, we will schedule a service time as soon as we are done and get that taken care of". We closed the deal and did schedule the service appointment. During the appointment, the service team texted us to say the scratch couldn't be buffed out and would need to be taken to a body shop. I reached out to Alex and he repeated the same thing. I told him the deal wasn't "if" it could be buffed out but that they would have taken care of it. He told me he didn't build it out into his budget and he would look into what they can do. I never heard back from him. I've reached out several times and can't get a hold of him. We love the car and probably would've bought the new one if he would have told us he couldn't get the scratches out. That was important to us. I'm furious with the response from him and the team. It's been a terrible experience. More

I set an appointment to get some recalls done on my minivan, and when I arrived Derek helped get me checked it. He informed me the recalls would take 4+ hours, which I wasn’t aware of and appreciated h minivan, and when I arrived Derek helped get me checked it. He informed me the recalls would take 4+ hours, which I wasn’t aware of and appreciated him letting me know! He let us know we could stay or use a shuttle to take us home. I had an appointment at 2 pm nearby the dealership, so I decided to stay in hopes it would be finished before then. At 1 pm when my vehicle still had a couple hours of work to be done, Derek arranged for us to get a rental car so I could make it to my appointment and come back for my car once everything was finished. He was very accommodating and thoughtful to make sure I made it to my appointment. Picked my car up that afternoon and it runs smoother than ever! Couldn’t recommend this dealership and their service enough! More

I had the recommended Differential service & the next day I noticed t to,he rear differential leaking. I had to return a second time to have them correct the leak that was caused from the service. The rear differential could have been seriously damaged if I didn't discover the leak. I take me Honda to the dealership to avoid having damage to my 4WD. More
I have been very impressed with my service at Stockton 12 Honda service department! I was told at my last service visit that I needed new tires and was given quotes for four different types of tires. I check Honda service department! I was told at my last service visit that I needed new tires and was given quotes for four different types of tires. I checked around and found their price was comparable or lower than other tire places. When I scheduled my visit to get the tires placed, the parts department helped me decide on the best tire for my needs. Then, when I dropped my car off, Cody, my service consultant, reviewed my tire choice and gave me great advice. I was in a hurry to get the car done in time fo another appointment and they got it done in plenty of time. Cody sent a text at the beginning of the service and after the service to address any questions. Excellent service!! I will definitely return and have recommended this dealership to others. More
