I was not pleased with the service. I went in for a routine oil change and apparently the oil pan plug cracked when they unscrewed it. To fix the problem they drilled a slightly bigger hole in the oil routine oil change and apparently the oil pan plug cracked when they unscrewed it. To fix the problem they drilled a slightly bigger hole in the oil pan and screwed in a bigger plug. Something that should have cost no more than 60 or 70 bucks, even after the mark up, ended up costing over $200. That is complete extortion!!! I couldn't even drive my car off the lot to go to another shop so I was at the mercy of the dealership. Not cool. The service manager that I worked with was nice but the process that she was expected to adhere to was not. More

Oil change done promptly, battery check questionable. Took my 2013 Fit in for a route 35K service--which was done quickly and at a reasonable price. A test was done on my battery and according to the test, the battery needed to be replaced. I was surprised at this, as the battery was only 18 months old (purchased from an independent battery dealer). As the battery was still under warranty, I took the battery back to the original dealer--their test found it to be in good condition. I'm glad that I did not rely on the test done at the Honda dealer. More

Kate is amazing - so friendly, thorough, and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me. However, those in express service did a poor job of filling out the paperwork that communicates w me. And they gave me a check in the green box for my tires - luckily I knew my tires were awful and I am getting them changed this week. But what if I wasn’t? And what if I didn’t know my car very well? This makes me lose my trust in this place - will my car really be serviced well? Are they taking the time needed to guide me like they should? Thankfully, Kate looked up my account.
