Although Kate was pleasant and helpful we are disappointed and frustrated with the handling of our needed repairs. It seems there is a strong intent to find blame with the customer in whatever way possible while giving different explanations at various times rather than simply honoring the warranty. We will take the van to another repair shop in the future. Regret buying the extended warranty! If the dealership fights repairs in the first year of ownership and under the regular 36K mile warranty, we have no confidence they will honor the protection we purchased in the extended warranty. We did not enjoy interactions with Brandon as he was quite dismissive. Wade the foreman said it best when he said while on a quick drive to hear the brake problem, again... “we should have just replaced the brake pads when we replaced the rotors.” Tired of being told I live in an area or drive in a way that causes brakes to squeal after new installation and reject the explanation that “everyone’s brakes squeal and everyone’s brakes are damaged in this area within 2 weeks of replacement therefore it is expected that your brakes will always squeak.” I’m not a rocket scientist but I’m pretty sure everyone’s brakes aren’t squealing like mine are and even if they were how does that explanation even resolve the issue. Absurd. I’ve been without my car multiple times for repeat diagnosis and repairs that didn’t really fix the problems and the inconvenience is getting to be ridiculous. Take responsibility for faulty parts and honor your warranty, Honda! Not impressed with this dealership, the quality of the service repairs or the snacks while you wait. Sadly I’ve been there a lot...the granola bars are gross. More

The took the time to fix this which is something Dealerships are not good at as Technicians hate seeing a ticket that read reads: "Client states rattle" these are generally dismissed as a "Can not reproduce" Stockton Honda is on point "no pun intended" I love these guys and Gals. Very good and accommodating. The experience was very good. Carson Caldwell was able to get me a fair price for a new CR-V. The only hiccup was on my part. As I was buying the vehicle outright I needed to have my bank authorize such a large transaction on my card but it closed 16 min before we settled on a price. After a promissory agreement to pay in the next couple days I was able to drive home in my new CR-V. I will have no qualm recommending Carson and this crew to friends and family. More

I was not pleased with the service. I went in for a routine oil change and apparently the oil pan plug cracked when they unscrewed it. To fix the problem they drilled a slightly bigger hole in the oil routine oil change and apparently the oil pan plug cracked when they unscrewed it. To fix the problem they drilled a slightly bigger hole in the oil pan and screwed in a bigger plug. Something that should have cost no more than 60 or 70 bucks, even after the mark up, ended up costing over $200. That is complete extortion!!! I couldn't even drive my car off the lot to go to another shop so I was at the mercy of the dealership. Not cool. The service manager that I worked with was nice but the process that she was expected to adhere to was not. More
