Spent the morning talking to sales about purchasing a pilot and had some negotiating done. We had to leave to go get kids from school and were told that the car would be ready when we got back. We returned an hour and a half later and the car was not ready nor was the negotiating. Sales man sat us down with some helper to chat while he helped other customers. We were given the excuse they were short staffed. Sat there for another hour and a half to be told to come back later or maybe tomorrow. (This is where I should have backed out of the deal). So we sat down and answered questions about how we wanted the pilot settings entered (which was never done ). We finally signed papers and left and came back hours later. We ended up having to re sign everything, and when we walked out to our car each wheel was missing a lug nut. We were told to come back in the am to get more lug nuts which I didn’t agree to so they finally pulled some off another pilot on the lot. I’ve had the car for two days now and Am not satisfied. Seems low quality compared to my 2021 highlander. I inquired about canceling the transaction and the dealer claimed they already sold my car (which I highly doubt). They only thing offered to remedy the solution was a different Honda which I don’t want or another year extension of service which was ridiculous. Don’t waste your time here. This is my third purchase at this dealership and I will never do business with them again. Honda has gone waaayyyy down hill in quality and service. More
This dealership is nothing but a scam. Do not waste your time. The ad as listed on their website and on Cars.com said said the Civic Type R was listed at 44k only to go in and find out there is a 20k markup time. I only found out the actual price after looking at the car for a few minutes and I had to ask if it was sticker. Salesman responded with no there is actually a 20k addendum. I left called the dealership to talk to a manager. Was told the it had to be a mistake the. He back peddled and said later well that’s what the market is. Don’t waste your time. Dealership is unprofessional and dishonest. More
The staff was helpful. I still don’t understand why the process takes so long. I would think if the car has been selected and the application process started before arrival, it could take less than 4 hours process takes so long. It was hot outside, but inside was kinda cool but muggy. I am more impressed with the dealership than I am with Honda itself. False Advertising online. Slow. Have a hard time focusing on one customer at a time. Tried to run credit multiple times when I was financing with own credit union. To get the customers in, this dealership provides the absolute lowest out the door prices via truecar or any other online/email enquiries. But once you are at the dealership they will start their tactics absolute lowest out the door prices via truecar or any other online/email enquiries. But once you are at the dealership they will start their tactics by adding all other stuffs like theft protection, reduce the discounts initially offered, charges for financing via honda etc and will bump up the price. When you reach manager, they will not honor the out the door prices quoted earlier. Worst experience and waste of time. So think twice before going to this dealership !!! More
