It takes too long to get in...and tired of upsell attempts. Not a bad experience once you are there, but I find it unreasonable how far out you have to schedule something as basic as an oil change. I called on a Friday afternoon thinking I would get in on Saturday for an oil change. I guess I was pretty naive. The soonest they could squeeze me into the schedule was the following Wednesday. In a world of oil change businesses on every corner, I would not think that most people plan their oil changes five days out. This is unreasonable to me. If your schedule is that full, you should probably think about staffing up, extending hours, or whatever it takes to make something so routine as convenient as possible for the customer. Also, it drives me crazy how many things they try to upsell me on when I take my car in. It reminds me of Jiffy Lube (who I also decided about 10 years ago that I would never go back to for the same reason). Oh, and get this...this was new: They called us in advance of our appointment asking if they could give us an appraisal on our vehicle while it is there so we can trade it in for a new car. Creative...but annoying. Just change my oil, rotate my tires, and stop harrassing me about the rest. More
