Excellent customer service provided by Kate Nygaard and team! We were driving through from Dallas to Seattle when the front blower for the heat & AC intermittently stopped. Kate knew we were on a road trip and provided expedient service. She had her team inspect the blower and they removed pine needles. It worked after that! Amazing customer service by Alex and Karen! Amazing car! We had been looking at and test driving several makes and models of a mid-size SUV before arriving at Stockton Honda to check out their vehicles. We walked in for a test drive and very happily drove away a few hours later in our own new, beautiful 2019 CR-V!! This experience was very positive, personal and professional without any pressure at all! Alex and Karen worked together to help us determine what we wanted in our vehicle and then find which vehicle would fit those needs. Major oil leak after timing belt replacement. I am not happy because after paying $1,400 for a timing belt replacement and transmission service the remain seal has started leaking a large amount o I am not happy because after paying $1,400 for a timing belt replacement and transmission service the remain seal has started leaking a large amount of oil just after 24 hours from service. The remain seal is now costing as much as $1,300 dollars. My internet search of "HONDA TIMING BELT REAR MAIN SEAL LEAK" found several occasions of this same thing happening to other people. The service manager is telling me that it is do to increased oil pressure from changing the timing belt tensioner. What I am finding is either the technician either used a impact wrench on crankshaft pulley or turn the engine the opposite direction of normal engine rotation which is clockwise. If rotated opposite of normal engine rotations this can damage a remain seal do to groves in the crankshaft seal area have corves to direct oil inward. More
