Worked perfectly fine until I brought it here... NOW? We put off the recall work for our 2014 Accord until the phone calls came in at a record rate. We then relented and took it to this, our closest Honda dealer. They were really great in the office, honestly, except the next time we went to start it after that visit it wouldn't make any noise at all. Tried engaging and re-engaging the clutch, and different gearbox positions (thinking maybe a sensor didn't like something they did with the computer update) and nothing for quite some time. Now? Probably 75% of the time, after anywhere from 4-10 attempts, it will finally make a noise and start immediately. We went on vacation for 4 weeks, and set an appointment for them to look at it when we got back. Their diagnosis: we must replace the starter for $700. I've had plenty of starters go out in my lifetime, and not one of them ever gave me anywhere near comparable issues or sounds. WE NEVER HAD ONE SINGLE ISSUE UNTIL WE BROUGHT THE CAR TO THIS SHOP. Now I've got to pay someone else to look at it and give me a reasonable diagnosis I can believe. This "free" recall work is going to cost me plenty, I can already tell. My wife is the primary driver of this vehicle, and it's got her yelling and swearing regularly now. Will I ever point anyone in the direction of this dealership for anything? Oh, good grief... NO. More

Whether a customer service member has been there for years or is I have taken my 2006 Honda Civic in to this dealership since I bought it brand new. Whether a customer service member has been there for years or is a "newer" team member, they all show the same commitment to customer care. Life is very hectic and it's nice to know that when I go in to have any service done on my car that they make that one less thing for me to worry about. More

Excellent customer service provided by Kate Nygaard and team! We were driving through from Dallas to Seattle when the front blower for the heat & AC intermittently stopped. We thought the blower needed to team! We were driving through from Dallas to Seattle when the front blower for the heat & AC intermittently stopped. We thought the blower needed to be replaced. Kate knew we were on a road trip and provided expedient service. She had her team inspect the blower and they removed pine needles. It worked after that!
