I had an appointment for friday at 11:45 for a recall on CRV shifter, i also needs scheduled oil change, I was told it would be about two hours after 2 1/2 hours with no update I went to service desk and as CRV shifter, i also needs scheduled oil change, I was told it would be about two hours after 2 1/2 hours with no update I went to service desk and ask how much longer I was told they would check and came back and told they we workre just starting on and would be another 30 minutes went back to service desk after 45 minutes, customer service was not helpful at all and I let them know my concerns in loud voice, completely frustrated with this process. I got the car back, did a wonderful job on the oil change washing and cleaning of the car and shifter knob replaced very unsatisfied with the service experience with her service contact More
