I left my car on a Sunday afternoon without an appointment. Early Monday morning I received a text from the dealership letting me know they were looking at it. I was in for a routine oil change and remove my summer tires with my winter tires. The oil change was fine, but $20 to replace each tire was excess. I would have gladly paid $10 per tire.
