For the most part we had a good experience. Katie was great at keeping us in the loop as we went through the process of buying our Odyssey. I would work with her again. While I was on a test drive, my wife asked to see the numbers and the sales manager said, “I’ll show them to your husband when he gets back.” I’m sorry but if my wife is going to co sign on everything, she should be able to see the paperwork, with or without me there. Not happy with how my car was damaged by Stockton 12 lube techs after my last oil change! It’s ironic the engine skid plate comes off 2 days after an oil change done on 12/18/2021. The skid plate was unusa techs after my last oil change! It’s ironic the engine skid plate comes off 2 days after an oil change done on 12/18/2021. The skid plate was unusable. Took my car back and was told the bolts threads were stripped and needed to be replaced before the skid plate could be put back on (at my cost). I was told a body shop would have to repair the bolt threads in the sub frame. Stockton 12 Service is the only ones that has done oil changes. I was told by Angela Werner the shop manager this was not Honda’s problem. Any good dealership is going to stand behind their technician's POOR work, especially when it causes damage, except Stockton 12. This is my 2nd Civic from Stockton 12 & now I regret having their oil change packages. More
We worked with Logan and Chris. They were amazing! My husband uses a wheelchair and Logan was awesome to help him. The Sales rep, Alex, was great, we knew what we were wanting and he was right to the point on it, he did not try to sell us on anything that did not reflect our needs. Our issue is they would not let him budge on the price which honestly did seem to be a bit high, but unfortunately we did not have a lot of time finding a replacement vehicle. Yes, it was a used vehicle so it would not be "perfect" and we probably should have caught some of the flaws. However, for the price the dealer wanted they should have fixed them in the first place or not charge so much for it. The salesman and the finance manager who handled the paperwork was great, However Stockton 12 beyond that was just like any other typical messed up, greedy, crocked dealer. More
Carver and Stuart were great to work with. There was a little frustration with the gentlemen (didn’t catch name) that was the one that named the price. He went on and on about how because my husband was a veteran, our family is growing, and it’s the end of the month that he was giving us a great deal. He asked if I saw the price on the website, and I said I had not. I looked but must have not been up when I checked. He actually gave me a price higher than what was listed on the website ($2500 more) that I checked when I got home. The fact that he really kept pushing helping a veteran’s wife and then gave a higher price has left a very sour taste in my mouth. It is on me for not looking up the price while I was standing there and I put my trust in the wrong person. More
Alex at Stockton 12 was helpful and knowledgeable and patient with us. This was the second car he sold us and we would ask for him again.
