Wife took Honda Civic in for oil change. Was informed she need brake fluid flush $150! Fine do it. After searching a little, brake fluid change costs $69.99 at about any other fluid changing store. We had an awesome sales person in Lena Lopez. She was super pleasant. We were disappointed in the time it took after we agreed on the pricing and trade-in value of our car. we waited another hour to get super pleasant. A few days when we went to pay for and pick up the new car it took another 2-1/2 hours. That seems unacceptable.
