Not very impressed with my first impression of this dealerships sales side. I walked in to schedule a service appointment and potentially speak with sales. A “Sales Manager” wearing a Customer Service dealerships sales side. I walked in to schedule a service appointment and potentially speak with sales. A “Sales Manager” wearing a Customer Service Manager badge walks up and asks what I need. I let him know I need service and potentially sales. He then asks what I need again. I repeat myself. Then he asks what I’m looking for and I look over at a vehicle on the showroom floor. I see an addendum and ask; “Before we discuss anything. Are your addendums negotiable?” His response was; “It depends.” So I ask; “Depends on what?” To which he responds; “It depends on what you’re looking at. Are you looking at a car or something else?” I reply by saying; “It doesn’t matter what I’m looking at. I just want to know if your addendums are negotiable?” So I then ask him “So you’re a manager but can’t tell me if your addendums are negotiable?” Once again his response is; “It depends.” I told him; “When you can answer my question, I’ll give you the time of day” and walk off. I worked in the car business for nearly 7 years as a top performer in sales, finance and as a desk manager. We all know what addendums really are. The only reason I’ve taken the time to write this review is I feel sorry for the GM and the owner that they have a manager representing them in this fashion. I’m giving an objection, not saying “I’m not interested” or “Leave me alone.” Not once did he attempt to use “Feel, Felt, Found,” “Fast, Cheep, Good,” or the three M’s or three P’s. Best part of all, as I’m walking out of the dealership after speaking with service. The guy who spoke with me and the manager in the sales tower are looking at me as I am walking out. I smile and nod my head in a gentleman’s fashion thinking the other manager would take a turn as a good/professional manager with strong closing skills would. Nope, they both gave me a dirty look. Makes me wonder how many opportunities these two individuals are costing their dealership. More

I have had my 2018 Accord EX-L serviced only at this Honda(disclaimer). I've had 6 services done here, all my oil changes, 1 cabin air filter, and 1 brake fluid flush. In those 6 services I've had issue Honda(disclaimer). I've had 6 services done here, all my oil changes, 1 cabin air filter, and 1 brake fluid flush. In those 6 services I've had issues 3 separate times. First time they didn't rotate the tires. I know it didn't get done because two of my wheels have unique markings and they were in the same spot. I called in and they argued with me until I told them about the markings. I had to go to a tire shop close to me because I didn't have time to go to Sandy again. The second issue was when they replaced the cabin air filter. I drove off the lot and opened the glove box to put things back in there and the door fell and wouldn't close. I called in and they told me that it's easy to fix and I can fix it myself but if I'm paying for service I expect the service to be done right. I took it back and they "fixed it" but it happened again and now after a year and the second attempt, it seems to be fixed. The last service was 4/22 and was supposed to be oil change and brake fluid flush. I got the car back Friday afternoon and everything seemed ok. The next day I was driving on our amazing roads and I heard something scrape all of a sudden so I pulled over and looked under the car and a skid plate was loose and damaged. I called in and they said they would fix it. Tuesday 4/26, they returned my car after about two hours and I crawled under the car in front of the two Stockton 12 employees and I touch the skid plate and a screw comes off, they only straightened out the skid plate so it's still kind of bent. I asked that they take it back but the driver said he was told not to and that someone would call me. Cody called and said that they did what they could and that they could get me a price to fix it if I wanted it fixed. I explained what happened and he insisted that they couldn't do anything else because they didn't touch the part that fell off. I explained that they're the only ones working on it so it's something they did because skid plates don't just fall off under normal driving. He tried to shift the blame because the car is lowered one inch but I explained that it's been lowered for two years and the skid plate has never fallen before. I still don't have a response as to whether or not they're going to fix this issue but I will update this if they do. More
I ordered a Honda Accord from Stockton 12. The salesman (Christian) failed on every aspect to communicate any information when I asked through texts or emails. I found a car elsewhere and now the dealer is trying keep my deposit even though we never had a signed binding agreement stating my deposit was non-refundable. The total lack of communication from this salesman alone will ensure that tell everyone I know to never buy a vehicle from Stockton 12 dealerships. More
