Gas in your car purchase - not included. Bad business! My wife and I drove down from Logan to look at a car that had come in as a trade in. It was in beautiful condition. My wife and I loved the car, so we decided to buy it. The negotiating process went alright. The financing process was also smooth. After paying nearly $20,000 for this used Honda Pilot, I was handed the keys and told that I needed to fill the tank up. The tank was practically empty when we test drove it, so we were expected to pay $50 to fill it up. We had taken time off of work in the middle of the week to drive down and look at the car. I had to forcefully beg the sales person to give me a half tank of gas. He ended up talking to his sales manager, who obliged to give us "ten gallons." Wouldn't you think it would be in the best interest of the business at least give the customer a half of tank of gas after they have spent so much money on a car? I left with such a bad taste in my mouth, I do not believe that I will be able to give them my business again or recommend them to any of my family members or close friends in the future. More

Honestly I wasn’t thrilled with the Honda dealership when I walked in. I felt that the last three visits I’d been given the runaround. Good service, my car is always running nicely. They send reminders when you need to do inspections, they help you know what you need to do next. Not 5 stars because I feel like every time I go in it’s someo reminders when you need to do inspections, they help you know what you need to do next. Not 5 stars because I feel like every time I go in it’s someone different helping me & one time they told me my brakes & tire needed to be replaced. I didn’t do it but the next time I went in for an oil change & rotation they told me everything looked great including tires & brakes. So I thought that was strange. I also had my car checked by a different party & they agreed so I’m not sure why I es told the first time that those needed to be replaced. Thanks! More
