I gave you the opportunity to fix it and you had the sales guy call me and he accused me of making things up. So nothing was cleared up the way I thought you as a sales manager would. Steve told me he needed 10’s on the survey because that’s how he feeds his family. But then abruptly ended the call! Very disappointed in the way it was handled. You have my number and address, if you really want to make things right!
