I went in to have my car warranty serviced, only 8000 miles on the car. The first thing they told me that the problem was caused by me. I told them that I had owned 4 other Hondas and had never had a pro miles on the car. The first thing they told me that the problem was caused by me. I told them that I had owned 4 other Hondas and had never had a problem before. They refused to repair the car without me paying for it. They said that they could send this information to Honda corporation to see if they would honor the repair. The service advisor Paul Barnhart did not send the information to Honda and he never got back to me. At the time I asked to talk to the general manager. He would not get the general manager. He gave me my keys and said he could do nothing more. This is not the first time I have come in to have service work, and they said at that time that it was my fault, the car had only 500 miles on it at the time. They finally said that they would fix the car. They said that it was fixed but it was not. I had to take it back 4 times to only get it close to fixed. It took them from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm to get it close. The problem was an alignment. I live out of state and had to wait for the car to be fixed. More

We finalized paperwork on a Saturday, expecting to pick up the car Monday, but the other dealership unethically sold our chosen Passport. This hit hard, as the specific color combo was deeply symbolic for my daughter. John, Caesar, and Jordan turned it around with empathy, calmly explaining the issue and working tirelessly to find a solution. Though we didn’t get the exact interior, we got a Passport that worked, and their care made all the difference. Their integrity and compassion transformed frustration into gratitude.
