I set a clear appointment, expecting a streamlined experience. Instead, I was shuffled straight into a secondary room to start paperwork before they even gave me a straight answer on my trade-in valuation. The "managerial process" here is a joke: every time I looked at my watch, my salesperson magically reappeared only to ask the exact same basic questions I had already answered minutes prior. The lack of respect for customer time and comfort is appalling. While we were left standing outside in the rain waiting for them to get their story straight, the staff inside was lounging in the secondary customer area playing card games. Management is clearly asleep at the wheel, relying on artificial delays, games, and basic stalling tactics to wear customers down rather than offering competent, transparent service. If you value your time, your money, and basic professionalism, stay far away from this dealership. They treat serious buyers like an inconvenience while their team hangs around playing cards on the clock. Absolute failure of leadership. More

I have less than perfect credit with a relatively recent bankruptcy (2 years ago).
