"I am writing this to warn others, especially seniors, about my experience at Stockton 12 Honda. On February 13, 2026, I was subjected to a 10-hour high-pressure sales ordeal (from 11 AM to 9 PM) that res about my experience at Stockton 12 Honda. On February 13, 2026, I was subjected to a 10-hour high-pressure sales ordeal (from 11 AM to 9 PM) that resulted in being sold a 2023 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring for $44,000—well above the market value of $25,000-$30,000. As a 71-year-old with health concerns, being pressured to sign a 49-page contract after such a long day felt like clear exploitation. Furthermore, while the dealership eventually agreed to refund over $5,700 in deceptive 'add-ons,'(partial refund )they have been incredibly slow to actually apply those credits to my loan principal. To make matters worse,, and the vehicle was delivered with dings and scratches and dirty. Which they later fixed. It took from Feb 16 to March 25 too get add ons refunded to the loan. If you value transparency and fair treatment, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere." More
