Awesome Car Buying Experience! My wife and I purchased our 2019 Sante Fe Ultimate from Henry Adams. He did a phenomenal job explaining the features and benefits of the vehicle. He t My wife and I purchased our 2019 Sante Fe Ultimate from Henry Adams. He did a phenomenal job explaining the features and benefits of the vehicle. He took his time to make sure we understood the vehicle, and that we knew exactly what we were purchasing. We knew this was the vehicle that we wanted, and before we stepped foot on the dealership, he had almost all the paperwork ready to go. We were in and out of the dealership in no time! I also need to mention that almost the entire process was worked through email, Chat Hope, Sales Manager, did a great job answering all our questions, and provided my wife and I transparent and upfront pricing on the vehicle (actually priced out multiple vehicles) without hesitation. When other dealers were not willing to work with us through email, he was. Ty Merritt, F&I Manager, did a great job explaining all the benefits of having an extended warranty, and also provided us with up-front and transparent pricing on all the financing arrangements before we stepped foot on the dealership. This was hands down the best dealership experience my wife and I had. They are fair, honest, friendly, and respectful. Please, if you are looking for a vehicle, do not waste your time going to other dealerships like we did, go to Stivers Hyundai and they will take care of you. More

Very poor customer service Stay away! Was told the vehicle I was purchasing had Apple CarPlay and after getting it home I find out it doesnt. Was dealing with Jason Miller who i Stay away!
