I took my daughter’s car to have a brake light issue looked at. They covered it under warranty with no questions. The other Hyundai dealer in Greenville South Carolina would not even consider looking at looked at. They covered it under warranty with no questions. They told my daughter it was because we didn’t replace the lightbulb with a Hyundai light bulb. It turned out it was the wiring harness as we thought. This is probably one of the best dealerships that I’ve dealt with. Isaac and Brian were great. Very professional and they even washed her car after the oil was changed and after the repair. I think this place sets the bar for other dealerships and how to treat their customers. More
One of the best dealerships I’ve seen. A lot of nice cars with a lot of selection. However the best thing about this dealership is the people that work there. I worked with Louie and Chance. I absolutely love the truck I purchased but if I could give a ZERO star for everything else I would. I inquired about a 2018 4Runner, then went to see it. Once I arrived a salesman, Matthew—said he needed give a ZERO star for everything else I would. I inquired about a 2018 4Runner, then went to see it. Once I arrived a salesman, Matthew—said he needed to get the key and I could test drive it. (hence, it was locked) however, another guy came with the key and we test drove it. He HAD to have unlocked it manually because the KEY DID NOT WORK. After test driving it, it was LOCKED back. I witnessed with my own eyes. After sitting and going over prices, I left the dealership upon hearing about the price, apparently we were going to have to pay thousands more due to not financing with them nor having a trade in. IMHowever, my husband and I compromised and went back after Matthew texted me saying they could do $500 off. It’s still more than what I wanted to pay but we loved the truck. We’re finalizing the paper work and Matthew says service has gone home and the truck wouldn’t be detailed until tomorrow.. however I can drive the truck home the same evening, which I did. Upon bringing it back the next day AND check in FULL—I told Matthew about the key not locking or unlocking the door. It was blown off. I called a day later and informed Matthew I would be coming up there Saturday, which I did. He told me he was reaching out to the former owner to obtain a second key.. which he said there was...to rule that out before servicing it. I still haven’t been given a second key, completely uncomfortable with the former owner having a key to my NOW truck..but A WEEK GOES BY ! No call—so I call and speak to the finance manager and he tells me there is nothing they can do, I did not purchase a extended warranty. So I drove up there, Matthew immediately got his manager, his manager tells me “you didn’t purchase a extended warranty..this is a used car.” “If you have a extended warranty good. I would find out what else Is wrong with it” Then goes to say, the truck was never locked on the lot when I asked him how did they not know about the problem but that was clearly a lie. I witnessed it being unlocked and locked. At that point, he was being really arrogant and refused to give me access to his chain of command, yelling “no” as he walked away. I wasn’t satisfied with his answer and wanted to plead my case with his boss, that I felt an angered him. I was trying to explain to him I brought this to the attention of my car salesman who told me it would be fixed, then I was ignored for a week. When he walked away yelling no, Matthew brought his card back. I submitted a report to the BBB the same evening. The next day the manager calls me and says. “We are willing to pay half of your deductiBle” and we can service the vehicle”—so in all you want me to split a payment and have my extended warranty pay the dealership to fix a problem you KNEW about? That was a slap in the face. After our purchasing this truck, the dealership did not care how they treated my husband and I. They gave me the run around for a week about this problem and then refuses to fix it. This has been a real nightmare. They have no values nor morals, DO NOT purchase a vehicle here. More

Immediately, received 3 different texts. The next day at work after a phone call and 7 texts - I responded that I no longer was interested in the car since they couldn't follow directions and leave me alone while I was at work. The sales person then texted back that I couldn't be too terribly busy since I was responding to each of his texts. I contacted the Hyundai manager at that point and he truly didn't care about the lost sale or the harassment from his staff to a potential customer. I love the Palisade and all of my previous Hyundais - but I won't purchase one from them - no matter how far I have to drive to go and get the one I want. More
