We purchased a mini van in October and after a few months decided to trade it in for a smaller SUV. During our original purchase, we were treated with respect, courtesy, and appreciation. Of course, when we returned a few months later for the trade-in, we were given the same quality treatment. They made the experience easy and memorable. Our salesman, Sam Quiller, worked with me every step of the way and went the extra mile by communicating with me through phone AND email. This meant a lot as sometimes getting to the dealership is often inconvenient. Sam went out of his way to make sure everything we needed was handled and just what we wanted. He made everything easy to understand and was so friendly and knowledgable. The buying experience was also quick and effortless unlike some dealerships I've been to. Shane in the finance department is also amazing. He is a great addition to the professional, but relaxed, atmosphere that Capitol Hyundai offers. They don't try to oversell you and throw add-ons at you or other things that you don't want or need. No one at this dealership was ever pushy, arrogant, or tried to pressure us into buying until we were absolutely happy and satsified. Shane even made a trip to my home after a signature on one form was left off. These guys truly epitomize great customer service. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.
