I gave Stiver’s Ford 5 stars primarily because of the hard work that Ralph Tucci put into trying to find out and address the issues with my Transit. Ralph kept me informed of the progress being made, as hard work that Ralph Tucci put into trying to find out and address the issues with my Transit. Ralph kept me informed of the progress being made, as well as the findings and conclusions of the diagnostics being run. In the final analysis, and through no fault of Ralph or Stivers, I have to accept the fact that my main concern ( the womp, womp noise) appears to be the inherent nature of the transit drive shaft itself. The other issue is the length of time it took me to get my vehicle back. Personally, I believe that Stivers should try to address that issue for its service customers. While my involvement with Stivers was a warranty complaint, it presented external costs to me. Though I appreciate the work that was done, I could not engage in the intended purpose for me buying the Transit van because of the extremely long time that is was at your facility. Overall Ralph, through diagnostic testing told me what was wrong. And I understand that to mean that is just the nature of the beast. One that I am not accustomed to. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to give credit where credit is due, as well as express my opinion. More
