Poor communication. When I called to check on the vehicle, which I had to do several times,all I heard was how busy they were. Was told I needed tires at check in and that two tires were bad. I asked for a quote. I asked about tires when I called back and was told it was not on the repair order. However, the multi point inspection on the RO said that tires were within spec. Several other issues occurred that I would like to speak with the service manager about. More
