It all started on a Wednesday morning when Mike Cruz got an approval from management for one price. Then by that afternoon we got a different price (over the phone). Then Mr Cooks got on the phone and said an approval from management for one price. Then by that afternoon we got a different price (over the phone). Then Mr Cooks got on the phone and said there is a high demand for the vehicle so we had to pay internet prices. Which was a higher price that we were quoted in the morning. By Thursday morning Mike told us they were going to discount the car and give additional 500 off. But he told me I had to get rid of the negative post I put on here! SO I DID! I tried to give them another chance. But that backfired because after I took it down they had another buyer. Like I said a dollar more is more than customer service! If you go in there don’t trip and fall and let money roll out of your pockets because they will step right over you to pick your dollar up! Buyer beware! Will not do any kind of business with Stivers anywhere in the USA! More
