Whatever you do, do not take your car to this dealership. We took our new 2016 F150 for its first oil change and they crushed the top of the truck on the lift. We were forced to purchase a new 2017 F150 afte We took our new 2016 F150 for its first oil change and they crushed the top of the truck on the lift. We were forced to purchase a new 2017 F150 after this happened. We had our own financing and when we closed the deal their finance team sold us an AutoNation warranty when we specifically asked for the FORD branded warranty. We discovered this when we had to use it. When using the AutoNation warranty, you will never be able to get a rental even if they have your car for over 3 or more days. That warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. They are not trustworthy, and their work is sub-standard. On our last visit to this dealership, we had our oil changed and they never reset the codes. They have never been able to fix an electrical problem with our door. And never call for an appointment, you will never get anyone to answer the phone. Same is true if you are trying to get a status on your vehicle that is being serviced no one will answer. They have extremely poor in customer service. More
I was planning to leave the city for the weekend when I noticed a brake default sensor light. I took my car to the auto repair shop at AutoNation, and, luckily for me, the representative who usually write noticed a brake default sensor light. I took my car to the auto repair shop at AutoNation, and, luckily for me, the representative who usually writes up my ticket was present--and caring. He took my car and had it checked for me to ensure my safe travels to Alabama. I waited in the lounge when he came to get me and was so grateful that I hugged him, while thinking to myself, "they really do care". Thank you Joe! More

Chris was my person and he was very nice. My car was ready in 24 hours. The labor cost was $500 which I know was way more than it should have been but I needed my car.
