This dealership would not honor any of the vehicle’s warranty agreements, they would not honor the extended warranty agreements. They would not honor the loaner vehicle agreement. They would not perform corrective actions on any of the recalls because they could not replicate vehicle malfunctions even though failure history was recorded before they wiped out the memory. Auto Nation should be viewed with caution before anyone considers using them as a warranty service provider. The Ford Motor Company should put Auto Nation notice for their present posture of poor performance. More
