Joe did this all while dealing with interruption after interruption of other customers just walking into the service area just demanding Joe assist them before other customers already inline and had appointments scheduled. Joe politely an excused himself from waiting customers and Professionally addressed the other issues being presented to him. Joe is definitely an asset to your organization. An organization that seemed to be in total disarray upon my arrival. Joe deserves more support from upper management as he was doing the best job he could with what he has to work with. More

Got my car fixed in less than a week but the only bad thing was I had to call the manager Charlie about an update with my car. My service tech wouldn’t return my car after we had called every single day. thing was I had to call the manager Charlie about an update with my car. After that got a call about an hour later and my car was ready the next day. Other than that no issues. So glad to have my car fixed and back to me in less than a week. More
