I went there for an oil change, wiper change and wheel valence, it took them almost 3 hours when I left the dealership there was a noise coming from the exhaust. So I went to a local repair shop and the exhaust brackets were broken in 3 spots. Mind u I just had a new exhaust installed last year. The dealer mechanic must of hit something. I usually use Chris as my advisor. He was not there and I had to use someone else I guess that was the first red flag. I’m done with that dealer More

When I tried calling to set up the initial appointment, I spent 30 minutes on hold trying to contact a service advisor. I gave up and made an online appointment, only to be told that because I'd done it online, the work would require them to have the car for 3-4 business days. When I had heard nothing by the end of day 4, I again spent 30-45 minutes on hold, but to no avail; I finally was permitted to leave a message but did not receive a return call. Twice on day 5 I spent half an hour on hold trying to find out the status of my vehicle. This is unacceptable, and I will not visit this dealership for any purpose in the future. More
I’ve became a customer of auto nation union city since 2018 I was fortunate enough to trade my first Ford Focus which was a 5 speed but my knees started to bother me so I went to my sales person Lavaile a 2018 I was fortunate enough to trade my first Ford Focus which was a 5 speed but my knees started to bother me so I went to my sales person Lavaile and informed him of my issues and he starting working on it and I was able to receive my second focus both in 2018 then in 2019 I was able to upgrade to a 2019 escape they’ve always been extra nice very courteous to me James Briggs is still there and he always taken very good care of me as well excellent customer service skills thank you all so much! I didn't expect my parking brakes to be engaged, so my truck was shaking a lot until I noticed it and pulled the lever to release them. The service was really good since I had a scheduled oil change as a part of the VCP program. I was able to do some paperwork while I waited in the sitting room. I had a overall great experience this time. More
My Service Advisor James is awesome!
