Dropped my truck off on Tuesday and was told it would be ready on Friday. Never got a call or update. Decided to go up there on Saturday to pick my truck. The truck was not touched. It needed 3 recalls r ready on Friday. Never got a call or update. Decided to go up there on Saturday to pick my truck. The truck was not touched. It needed 3 recalls repaired. The truck was parked and not one tech looked at it within the 5 days it was left there. No one could give an explanation as to why. Horrible service! More

I scheduled an appointment for tire service. My sensor light kept coming on for months and I initially thought that it was due to the very cold weather we've been having. When I went in, Servi My sensor light kept coming on for months and I initially thought that it was due to the very cold weather we've been having. When I went in, Service Rep James informed me that I needed tires. They installed them in about three (3) hours. I can now drive with the comfort of knowing that my tires won't explode on me and the sensor light no longer presents a tire warning. Pleased with the service. More
