Went in for a oil change with an appointment at 8:30. I arrived at 8:15, and I was still kept there for 2hrs and 45 minutes. I made an appointment for service on Wednesday evening for 8 am the following morning. I arrived at 7:50 am and they took my truck right in. As I waited in the lounge, the tech servicing my truck actual for 8 am the following morning. I arrived at 7:50 am and they took my truck right in.
