I have spoken to the general manager and he offered to order me anothet truck that would cost $15,000 more than the one I ordered. The truck i ordered was a 2022 and the truck he offered to order was a 2023 with a steep price increase.

This is the nearest Ford Services Center and I would like to make it my go to for services on my Ford vehicle. I cannot do this without the support and cooperation of this center. I have complained twice about a noise coming from my car when in reverse, yet there has not been any communication as what the cause is. My car was held for five days, no mention of a load car. My car was returned after numerous attempts. It was not sanitized nor cleaned properly. This is my only means of transportation and this experience made it very inconvenient. I am asking for better services and communication. Matt was the one person who listen and responded. My service person assigned was Micheal Stevens.
