I've been with Auto Nation since before around 1998, before the name changed to AutoNation. I'm disappointed in the quality of service and how it has declined over the years. In my last 2 visits, I need before the name changed to AutoNation. I'm disappointed in the quality of service and how it has declined over the years. In my last 2 visits, I needed something checked, but was told it would be 3-5 days and I'd have to leave it. A loaner is no longer offered as it used to be. I'd be without a vehicle during that time or have to rent at my own expense. That should not be the case. Also, the price for an oil change seems to have doubled and you no longer clean The only upside was the professionalism and great personality of the service guy that worked with me. More
