Service is horrible. Brand new truck taken in for scheduled maintenance. Technician used tools for replacing a cabin air filter and damaged my dashboard. Luckily I notice Brand new truck taken in for scheduled maintenance. Technician used tools for replacing a cabin air filter and damaged my dashboard. Luckily I noticed it before I left and brought it to their attention. I’m not a career mechanic and even I know not to use big metal screw drivers to pry against a glovebox. This is the first time I’ve gotten my vehicle back from Union city ford with an issue like this but it was the first time I could prove it. I’m never letting them work on my vehicle again. If you charge a premium price, your work should be premium in quality. Jiffy line would have taken more care and done a better job. More

Vehicle was returned with AC fixed as requested. So far working fine. However, I had requested that the passenger side A-Pillar Trim be re-installed and I had provided both the bottom and top trim r So far working fine. However, I had requested that the passenger side A-Pillar Trim be re-installed and I had provided both the bottom and top trim replacement pieces for this to be done, and vehicle was returned without that being fixed. Is disappointing that now I will have to re-schedule and have additional cost for Uber or car rental while it is being fixed. I requested the service rep (Jazmin) to email me a formal estimate and I would re-schedule after that. More
