I’ve became a customer of auto nation union city since 2018 I was fortunate enough to trade my first Ford Focus which was a 5 speed but my knees started to bother me so I went to my sales person Lavaile a 2018 I was fortunate enough to trade my first Ford Focus which was a 5 speed but my knees started to bother me so I went to my sales person Lavaile and informed him of my issues and he starting working on it and I was able to receive my second focus both in 2018 then in 2019 I was able to upgrade to a 2019 escape they’ve always been extra nice very courteous to me James Briggs is still there and he always taken very good care of me as well excellent customer service skills thank you all so much! I didn't expect my parking brakes to be engaged, so my truck was shaking a lot until I noticed it and pulled the lever to release them. The service was really good since I had a scheduled oil change as a part of the VCP program. I was able to do some paperwork while I waited in the sitting room. Joe did this all while dealing with interruption after interruption of other customers just walking into the service area just demanding Joe assist them before other customers already inline and had appointments scheduled. Joe politely an excused himself from waiting customers and Professionally addressed the other issues being presented to him. Joe is definitely an asset to your organization. An organization that seemed to be in total disarray upon my arrival. Joe deserves more support from upper management as he was doing the best job he could with what he has to work with. More
