I was immediately entered the service area and was greeted happily by my Service Advisor, Mr. James Briggs. He had my on-line service request and asked if there were additional needs to be added. I have a service plan for oil change and tire rotation with fluids, however when I get service and request everything be check and rotate tires they don't. How do I know? because I mark my tires. The last 3 oil change I had to come back in a mouths time and use my service plan again because the filter was linking. My plan was not FREE I purchase it from the beginning. I should get the same service as if I was paying cash. 5 more to go!!! More
