I was in the area decided to drive in and schedule an appointment. Mr. James Briggs greeted me saying Good Morning, how may I assist you? I advised I needed an oil change, wheel alignment and new windshi appointment. Mr. James Briggs greeted me saying Good Morning, how may I assist you? I advised I needed an oil change, wheel alignment and new windshield wipers. He provided me an appointment for the next morning at 9:00am. I Arrived the next morning expecting a long wait but to my surprise my car was driven back immediately for the repairs. I was only there no more than an hour or 2. My Car drives as Smooth as it did when I purchased it 8 years ago. Thank you, Mr. Briggs and AutoNation Union City! More
