Sir/Madam, It should be remembered that "A chain is as good as its weakest link". During the last two years, it has appeared as if "The tail is wagging the head". You were exceptional, you were the best, up to two years ago. Today, you are in the distant rear. "Get up! examine your management style, identify your weakness and work on it." Your business is your stock in trade, you have the option to kill it or promote it. I'll be delighted to know.
