My wait times on an oil change, multi-point inspection, brake fluid change has never been below three hours, even with an appointment. Seriously, a wait time of three hours for an oil change? MIKE is the first serviceman to advise me that an air filter should be done with each oil change. MIKE was excellent in answering my questions. In the past I have asked for air filter changes and have received responses such as, you had one done at your last service. My cabin filter was replaced because I asked for it. I recommend that AFTER each service your customers receive a printed list of suggested services for their NEXT visit and be TRANSPARENT on your pricing, ITEMIZED pricing. Would it not be smart to provide your representatives on your service call in line a cheat sheet or access to recommended services on each of your customer's vehichles, so, that they can properly schedule for services ouside of an oil change? (FORD owners for over 35 years.) More

Apt was for 8 arrives at 7:45. When I arrived was told take a hour to hour and half. Finally at 10 am I went looking to see what was taking so long. Was told short staffed. Wheb I checked in told the man I was there for The Works he informed me they didn’t do that (even though that was on my appointment and the email confirmation) he said he would see what he could do to make the price happen. Wasn’t buying his load of bull. He wanted me to show proof that I had requested that service and the price. Glad the girl that helped me the rest of the time was nice and apologetic. They did give me a comp service. More
