Had my F250 serviced here - oil change and tires rotated/balanced. Mr Stevens was able to get me in early. With my experience, after purchasing a vehicle, I had to return it the next day because the engine light came on. The service department just cleared the code and tried to give the vehicle back without tryi return it the next day because the engine light came on. The service department just cleared the code and tried to give the vehicle back without trying to find out what was happening. After I persist on them finding out what was wrong, it took 3 days after I called to be told one of the catalytic converter needed replacing. They delivered the vehicle with the engine light still on. After returning the vehicle again, I was told by the General Manager that the vehicle had to be driven 30 miles for the code to clear (a service department should have known that). However, they kept the vehicle, and once again I had to call to find out what was going on, just to be told the other catalytic converter had to be replaced (pathetic). This is not the experience you would expect from a Ford dealership. Unsatisfactory service, poor customer service and they do not honor their 5 day return policy. The vehicle was purchased 10/25/22 and today is 11/13/22 and I have had the vehicle less than 2 days. I highly do not recommend this dealership to anyone! More
My experience with the crew at Autonation Union City was exceptional. I understood ordering a 2021-2 Bronco was going to be a waiting game. Although my anticipation of delivery kept growing and I kept calling to check on my order status, I never felt as though I was bothering the staff with my excitement. I picked up my 2022 Bronco the first week in November and love it. Thank you Charlie, John, and your extended team that are all working so hard in this strange time in the Auto industry.
