We have been having our vehicles serviced here for years prior to it being an auto nation. My husband and I left Union City Ford and Auto Nation for a time because the service had gotten so impersonal and prior to it being an auto nation. I returned last year because of new staff and manager. However, they are all now gone and I am back with Christoper, which was a blessing as he remembered Gary and I feel he’ll be honest and take care of me and my vehicle. More

The lack of communication by this department as a whole is absolutely mind numbing. I had to call multiple times to get simple answers.
