Buyer beware! We recently bought a car from Stiver's Ford Lincoln only to find multiple things wrong with it! They claim to have done the "gold certified 172 point We recently bought a car from Stiver's Ford Lincoln only to find multiple things wrong with it! They claim to have done the "gold certified 172 point inspection" yet things that are on the list don't work right and were never fixed. I hate to think what else didn't get checked, if they are willing to completely ignore the things I CAN check! To make matters worse, we had a low tire and when we brought it to a mechanic they said they wouldn't plug it because it was in such bad shape. All four tires were bad--he went on to say that he couldn't believe a dealership would sell a car with four tires in the shape they were in. Stiver's promise of a 172 point inspection is intended to give you peace of mind that you are buying from a credible and trustworthy dealership however it is nothing but BS! Buyer beware. They sold me a car with a 90 day warranty, so I hope that isn't a bunch of BS too, and they fix the things that were supposed to be fixed before the sale of the car. More
