I went to have the oil changed and that went ok but when they told me it was ready they said at my next oil change i should have the transmission oil changed as it is to be done at 60,000 miles which wo when they told me it was ready they said at my next oil change i should have the transmission oil changed as it is to be done at 60,000 miles which would be at my next oil change I went home checked my manual it said 150,000 miles I called Lincoln customer service they said I was correct. They than got in touch with Stivers who admitted that I was given wrong info and they would call me and apologize that was 3 days ago Have heard nothing as of yet!! I have had other problems with Stivers so this is nothing new. More

A New/newer vehicle guaranteed I went to Stivers to "just look". I was "upside down" on my current vehicle and assumed that I had no hope of updating from my car to that truck that I went to Stivers to "just look".
