The only complaint I had was when I went to get my Free first oil change at the Quick Lane. I had to wait 3 hours even though I had called and made an appointment ahead of time. I was very frustrated. And as a college student I had to miss one of my classes. I brought up my experience with quick care to Rebecca and she talked to Quick Lane about what happened and I am getting a second Free oil change. More

Excellent and caring service. I stopped by because I thought I lost my iphone 5 in a hidden compartment under the back seat. Anthony tried to reach down there and find it. However, I stopped by because I thought I lost my iphone 5 in a hidden compartment under the back seat. Anthony tried to reach down there and find it. However, it was too narrow to get into. They took my whole seats out. I was really surprised that the phone was not there. I was sure that I heard it ringing from in there. Anthony was so caring about the whole thing. He said he felt bad that I lost my iphone, and he was not going to charge me for the time he spent looking: it was almost 25 minutes! They are really nice people and a good dealership! More

Service with a true smile My husband is an otr truck driver. I stopped last month just to have my tires aired up.
