Excellent and caring service. I stopped by because I thought I lost my iphone 5 in a hidden compartment under the back seat. Anthony tried to reach down there and find it. However, I stopped by because I thought I lost my iphone 5 in a hidden compartment under the back seat. Anthony tried to reach down there and find it. However, it was too narrow to get into. They took my whole seats out. I was really surprised that the phone was not there. I was sure that I heard it ringing from in there. Anthony was so caring about the whole thing. He said he felt bad that I lost my iphone, and he was not going to charge me for the time he spent looking: it was almost 25 minutes! They are really nice people and a good dealership! More

Service with a true smile My husband is an otr truck driver. I stopped last month just to have my tires aired up. This time it said low air and I was close enough to get an oil change done. Thank goodness I did! I may have just needed air but they found a nail in the center of my tire. I am a disabled customer and no one at Stiver's ever second guesses me or gives me a hard time. More
