We have uses them for years! Took our car in for service and the price that was quoted was almost more than the car was worth. With the long weekend we needed the vehicle back as everyone was going in different directions. Got there to pick up the car and was charged 388 dollars just for them to diagnose it. Katie in the service department was not helpful or responsive. She did not respond to our emails for 5 days. When picking up the car we were asked for the service fee. This seems very high. I just paid it as I was told we cannot take the car until it is paid. She didn't offer a loaner or another option. Advised we needed to think it over before putting the 3000 dollars into the car. Obviously in a small town as Waukee you are bound to know some people. I mentioned the people I knew and she said well the main guy didn't even give his own neighbor a break or discount. We have a business as well and have always promoted them and had a good experience in the past. After picking up the car even while still sitting in the lot it was significantly louder. Sent another email and did not receive a response. Called and spoke directly to her and she reported she called and left a voicemail but still did not answer any of the questions asked in the email. She reported that the things wrong would account for all the NEW issues. If we had just traded it and not let the service department touch it we would have been better off. It is way louder then before and acceleration is also much slower. The oil light is also now on. It was there for less than a day. Also spoke with the service department manager Jesse. He was nice but again did not offer a solution. This dealership has completely shut down their Google reviews so I had to post here. Will not promote or take any of our cars there in rhe future. Super disappointed as we have worked with them for years. More

Customer service is absolutely terrible. A few years ago we came here for an oil change, they said it would be an hour and a half, simple enough. The waiting room was very small and there wasn’t much to do we came here for an oil change, they said it would be an hour and a half, simple enough. We can back about an hour and fifteen to an hour and a half later and noticed our car was still parked in the same spot. Went to the counter to ask for an update and the associate left, came back, said it would be about two hours. Fast forward to today. We have been having issues with our escape, it makes noises while turning. Made an appointment two weeks ago to get it checked out at 9am this morning. We bring in the car, they tell us the diagnostic fee is $141, we agree and then we wait. We don’t heard a word. 3:15 rolls around and we decide to ask how it’s going. The associate said “I’ll ask them and get right back to you” two hours later we ask again and the associate says “there’s no notes on it yet, I’ll make sure they look at it shortly, we are open until midnight” What was the point of making a 9am appointment weeks head if they weren’t going to look at it? The most annoying part is JUST BE HONEST. Multiple times here we have been told a time or estimate and it has been WAY off. We are sitting waiting around for our car, I have no doubt the technicians and serviceman do great quality work but on the customer service end you are doing a TERRIBLE job at estimating times. xxxx as of our 9am drop off now they haven’t even LOOKED at our car despite it having an appointment weeks ago. Very frustrating, would not recommend, take your car to another dealer or shop. More
Quick service oil change charged me $17. Per quart of synthetic oil compared to $10 at the auto store. Supposedly rotated my tires without the key for locking lug nuts on my Toyota. $135.00 for an oil synthetic oil compared to $10 at the auto store. The manager came outside to find me later to offer me a refund of 48.00 when he should have given that in the first place! Never going back and will not recommend this service to anyone else! Way overpriced for a simple synthetic oil change! Called Toyota and they would have charged $75 for the same service More
