I met with Tiffanee Hokel as a walk in about 4 months ago inquiring about a new vehicle. She was very helpful and non pressuring. I would have given ZERO stars if that were an option. I didn't purchase my Ford from Stivers, but took it there due to a recall (23S33) on my 2019 Ford Fusion Energi. LONG story short, my car has been I didn't purchase my Ford from Stivers, but took it there due to a recall (23S33) on my 2019 Ford Fusion Energi. LONG story short, my car has been undriveable since June 13, 2023, when it left me stranded on the side of the interstate during rush hour traffic due to the recall. After fighting for TWO months with Stivers and Ford, they finally got me a rental vehicle. Now, after having the rental for over 2 months, Stivers tells me that Ford will only cover $40/day on the rental but the rental is actually $44/day and that I would be responsible for the extra $4/day, from when the rental started until the remainder of the rental. As of October 25, 2023 Ford still has NO idea how they are going to fix the recall so there is no end in sight for me needing this rental, and yet I'm expected to pay $4/day for who know how long until Ford figures it out?! I've called Ford directly multiple times and get the same run-around. They can't adjust the rental fee, I have to work with the dealer. It's a simple fix for Ford to just increase their daily alloted renal allowance to $44/day but do you think they would do that? Of course not! Do NOT buy a Ford and under any circumstance, do NOT buy from Stivers. More

It was good, Josh in the used department was good to work with. We bought an expensive truck and put 12k down on it and still have a high payment, and we had to go through my personal bank. We have uses them for years! Took our car in for service and the price that was quoted was almost more than the car was worth. With the long weekend we needed the vehicle back as everyone was going in different directions. Got there to pick up the car and was charged 388 dollars just for them to diagnose it. Katie in the service department was not helpful or responsive. She did not respond to our emails for 5 days. When picking up the car we were asked for the service fee. This seems very high. I just paid it as I was told we cannot take the car until it is paid. She didn't offer a loaner or another option. Advised we needed to think it over before putting the 3000 dollars into the car. Obviously in a small town as Waukee you are bound to know some people. I mentioned the people I knew and she said well the main guy didn't even give his own neighbor a break or discount. We have a business as well and have always promoted them and had a good experience in the past. After picking up the car even while still sitting in the lot it was significantly louder. Sent another email and did not receive a response. Called and spoke directly to her and she reported she called and left a voicemail but still did not answer any of the questions asked in the email. She reported that the things wrong would account for all the NEW issues. If we had just traded it and not let the service department touch it we would have been better off. It is way louder then before and acceleration is also much slower. The oil light is also now on. It was there for less than a day. Also spoke with the service department manager Jesse. He was nice but again did not offer a solution. This dealership has completely shut down their Google reviews so I had to post here. Will not promote or take any of our cars there in rhe future. Super disappointed as we have worked with them for years. More
