Excellent customer service We had been shopping around at different dealerships for a new vehicle for a few months. We ended up back at Stivers as they were the only dealership We had been shopping around at different dealerships for a new vehicle for a few months. We ended up back at Stivers as they were the only dealership that had the exact vehicle I was looking for close to my price range. We worked with Peter Wall, who was awesome. He worked with us to get to the price we wanted and had the knowledge to be able to answer all of our questions and concerns. Since purchasing our new MKC (love it) Peter has shown excellent customer service with follow up calls to see how we liked the vehicle and any questions or concerns. I am not the easiest customer and had been in the dealership a couple of months ago just to see what the possibilities were for a new Ford Expedition. The salesman, Erik, was very knowledgable and friendly but did not push for a sale. Several months later,when my car reach the 100.000 mile mark , I realized it was time to buy a new vehicle. I checked on line and at some dealerships to see what was out there. Since I really liked my car and the service that Stivers Ford Lincoln has provided, I went back in and talked to Erik. The car of my dreams was not in the shop but he could get it for me in a couple of days and he did. The service and expertise of Erik are outstanding and if you are looking to replace your vehicle, I can highly recommend Stivers Ford in Waukee. More

We communicated with a sales rep several times before making the trip. He was very helpful! He made the deal happen over the phone. When we arrived, we were helped promptly and they were very accommodating since we were not local. They were even able to beat our bank's rates! The sales rep walked us through how to use all the features in the car. He made sure we were 100% satisfied before we left. We drove off the lot completely satisfied and will consider them again for future purchases! More
