I met with Tiffanee Hokel as a walk in about 4 months ago inquiring about a new vehicle. She was very helpful and non pressuring. My occupation is very busy and I had to put the car shopping aside from time inquiring about a new vehicle. She was very helpful and non pressuring. I would have given ZERO stars if that were an option. I didn't purchase my Ford from Stivers, but took it there due to a recall (23S33) on my 2019 Ford Fusion Energi. LONG story short, my car has been I didn't purchase my Ford from Stivers, but took it there due to a recall (23S33) on my 2019 Ford Fusion Energi. LONG story short, my car has been undriveable since June 13, 2023, when it left me stranded on the side of the interstate during rush hour traffic due to the recall. After fighting for TWO months with Stivers and Ford, they finally got me a rental vehicle. Now, after having the rental for over 2 months, Stivers tells me that Ford will only cover $40/day on the rental but the rental is actually $44/day and that I would be responsible for the extra $4/day, from when the rental started until the remainder of the rental. As of October 25, 2023 Ford still has NO idea how they are going to fix the recall so there is no end in sight for me needing this rental, and yet I'm expected to pay $4/day for who know how long until Ford figures it out?! I've called Ford directly multiple times and get the same run-around. They can't adjust the rental fee, I have to work with the dealer. It's a simple fix for Ford to just increase their daily alloted renal allowance to $44/day but do you think they would do that? Of course not! Do NOT buy a Ford and under any circumstance, do NOT buy from Stivers. More
