Late evening experience Kirstin was a good agent although I hope that Rueben got some credit for taking me on test drive, Two complaints: 1. Quote on my BMW trade in was w Kirstin was a good agent although I hope that Rueben got some credit for taking me on test drive, Two complaints: 1. Quote on my BMW trade in was way too low. Seriously almost pulled out of the deal in the end, but decided to keep it and try to sell if myself. 2. Finance manager took over one hour before reviewing the the financial services with us albeit their were a couple of buyers before us. It was late in the evening and pretty frustrating. We could have had dinner and come back. but kept being told that he was preparing the paperwork and almost done. 3. Went to Stirling for a pretty good deal and would up feeling pressured to buy several service agreement at an extra $4000 - $5000. Would probably not have agreed to the service extensions, but it was late at night after an extended waiting time and we were tired. Car then became more expensive. More

The Pilot rides well and is quite enjoyable to drive. Our sales representative, Paul Miller answered or quickly found the answer to all of my questions. While on a test ride he determined during our conversation that the vehicle we were driving was not suitable to our requirements he was as professional as he could be in further discussing our needs and helping us to the pilot upon returning to the dealership. It took three visits for my wife and I to make up our minds. Paul’s support along with the friendliness of the dealership's no pressure atmosphere made it a comfortable experience. More
