Second time buyer-pleased again thanks to Ruben Valle Great sales experience because of salesman Ruben Valle and his manger. Both men were true to their word. We could shop locally at the 'big lot' in Vancouver but the 70 mile drive is well worth it. This is my second CRV, from Sterling, this time a Touring. My 2005 CRV saved my life when hit by a drunk driver who ran a red light doing 75-85 mph. Also, My insurance went down $300 with my new CRV too, because of the safety of this car. More

We answered their website, saying to call or email them about a lower price on a used Lexus RX 350 they had. On Sunday early afternoon, while car shopping in Portland, we asked what the price was. Ruben said he'd check and get back to us. He never did, so we called a couple of hours later. We finally got a price, but too late to make it that day. We said we would like to buy it, and we said we had to drive 2 hours to get there. We asked Ruben if he would hold it until we got there Monday afternoon. He said he would, but didn't. When we got there, he even pretended like we could buy it, having us fill out the paperwork, while at the same time two tables away, another buyer was buying it that he was fully aware of. While there, we spoke to him on the phone, and he still said to come, and that he would hold it, so we made the 2 hour trip through Portland traffic to get there. More
Great Customer Service I had decided on the exact car from Honda, and contacted Jace about availability. Out of all the Honda dealerships in the area, he's the only guy that I had decided on the exact car from Honda, and contacted Jace about availability. Out of all the Honda dealerships in the area, he's the only guy that listened to what I wanted, and made it happen. He remembered the car trim and color, and got me a great deal on it. Now we have exactly what we wanted parked infront of our home instead of a compromise. Everyone at the dealership was great to be with and accommodating. Thanks! More

With one notable exception (and that service manager is no longer there), everyone has been super-friendly and helpful and the services have been performed punctually and thoroughly. Their new facilities are gorgeous and geared to the comfort of the customer. I trust them completely with my car. More

They do all the routine work and have done a couple of semi-major repairs. They always explain what is needed, what should be done immediately and what can wait a bit. Tom will even "sneak" me in if I have a question or hear a funny noise. They really care! More
Excellent Customer Service First, I love that I can go online and schedule my service appointment. Every person I've dealt with in the service department has been excellent. They always communicate thoroughly with me before doing any work. I used to go the the quick lube places for my oil changes, but then I found that I can have those done at Stirling Honda for the same price, and as I mentioned already, easy to schedule an appt for that online. I recommend Stirling Honda. More
