Bought A New 2022 Chevy Silverado, Looked Under It At Home. Heavy Amounts Of Rust & Corrosion. Called Dealer 10 Days After Having It. They Don’t Care. They Say Take It Up With GM. When I Call The Dealer Home. Heavy Amounts Of Rust & Corrosion. Called Dealer 10 Days After Having It. They Don’t Care. They Say Take It Up With GM. When I Call The Dealer They Hang Up On Me… I Don’t Want A Rust Bucket Truck. I Didn’t Give Over $60K To Have Rust On It. More
I never heard if the vehicle that I asked about was available. The sales agent sent an email that he would check on the availability when he returned to his desk. available. The sales agent sent an email that he would check on the availability when he returned to his desk. More
One of the best dealership experiences ever! Down to earth , honest folks. Well worth the 3 hour drive. Scott Jackson worked up the deal before making the drive out and Joshua Young was the salesperson I dealt with at the dealership. Both were top notch. Never pushy. The entire transaction was seamless all the way through financing. And even with the shortage they had an awesome selection. Absolutely one of the most pleasurable vehicle purchases ever. There was a slight overcalculation in the county tax probably since I was from out of state , and they mailed me an overage check within 2 weeks without me even inquiring . Talk about fair and honest! The dealership interior is a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. I have been to some super fancy big city dealerships that look like you're walking in the Taj Mahal. But you have to sit and ask yourself who is paying for that beautiful environment. Yes, that's right you the customer. I would much rather take a HomeTown dealership with honest fair pricing / pushy big city dealerships any day. I highly recommend Stinnett Automotive and will definitely do business with them again in the future . More
They are awful, evasive & pretty much non-responsive. Caused damage to my oil pan!!! My car was taken to this dealership on 5/18/20 for a simple oil and filter change. They are not our regular dealership, which is over 2 hours away and we thought it would be easier to have it done there. During the oil change, my husband is told that the oil pan is leaking. I have a paved driveway and no oil leak on it before it was taken there and no evidence of an oil leak. Have Onstar and get reports monthly and no sign of any issues. He is then told that they can fix it temporarily, but he will probably have to come back and have the oil pan replaced at a cost of 800.00. He was charged 109.03 for this "service." He gets it home and checks it and it is leaking on the pavement and the smell of oil that has obviously burned off when he drove it home. He took it to our regular dealer this morning and the oil pan plug has been stripped. Our regular dealer fixed it for us and said the cost for a new oil pan for this car is 400.00 not 800.00. Needless to say, it could have been worse if we had let them do anything else to it, but you can be sure they will NEVER get anymore of our business and we will be reporting them to the Attorney General and the BBB. I had to give them a 1 star for it to show up and post this review, but I give them a 0 star review. More
